TARNI BELL
As a child, Tarni was fascinated by her father’s architectural sketches that often consumed the family dining table. Those residential renderings expressed imagined ideas as potential realities. Tarni fondly recalls the magic of witnessing blueprints come to life on the construction sites of home builds in progress.
Most of her varied experiences have, in one way or another, explored the relationship between environment and psyche. Experience and training in the disciplines of Psychology, Advertising, Art Buying/Production, Architecture and Interior Design all feed her organic intuitive approach and passion designing and enhancing places we dwell.
Tarni has an ongoing interest in the various ways we both influence and are influenced by our living environments. As Steven Johnson has said, “Our thoughts shape our spaces, and our spaces return the favor.”
“Because visual perception is the primary sensory mode by which we receive information about our world, we can see, both literally and figuratively, the power of our surroundings.” - Tarni Bell
